FPNJ Youth Program

Our intent is to introduce children to concepts that will help prevent future injuries, educate them on what it means to move more efficiently, & promote structural enhancement. By prioritizing the “Big 4” (Standing, Walking, Running, & Throwing), we are able to work on strength & conditioning alongside with coordination, spatial awareness/body awareness in a safe manner that will impact your child’s life forever. We teach core principles that will carry over as they get older. We teach complex concepts in simple and fun ways for your child that will not only translate in sports but in life. These are building blocks that will set them up for success.

Ages 8-12

Wednesdays: Girls Group 6-7pm & Boys Group 7-8pm

Ages 5-7

Mondays: 6-7pm
